There are ways! Just do a really good picture in pencil, but then go in with a pen and ink it. Itll take a while before you feel comfortable enough to darken everything this way, but that way you can take a picture of it and send it in. Then, get a program like Gimp (free :3) and crop it and darken it and such. I have instructions on how to do that if you ever need help. xD Im one of the lucky ones with a tablet AND scanner, but the scanner is really really old.
